CCA Training programme
The CCA Training Programme provided by Europe Air Crew is fully compliant with EASA regulations and approved by TM-CAD.
This programme prepares future cabin crew members through a structured combination of theoretical instruction, practical exercises, and official CCA examinations, in line with European aviation safety standards.
CCA Training syllabus (EASA compliant)
The CCA Training Programme includes all mandatory modules required by EASA:
General theoretical knowledge
Communication
Crew Resource Management (CRM)
Passenger handling
First aid
Dangerous goods
General security aspects in aviation
Fire and smoke training
Survival training
These modules ensure that trainees are fully prepared for real operational airline environments.
Course structure and duration
- Practical (31H)
- Theoretical (64H)
Practical training mainly concerns emergency procedures, training with : fire and smoke, ditching exercises, and first aid. It lasts 31H00
The theoretical training mainly concerns the whole programme above and lasts 64H00.
The total CCA Training programme courses last 95H00 in about 3 weeks.
If you are english spoken, this programme will last about 3 weeks with the final examination.

Mixed English + CCA Training Programme (6 weeks)
English is the operational language used by most European airlines.
If English is not your first language
No problem.
Europe Air Crew also offers a mixed English + CCA Training Programme, developed in partnership with Alpha School.
This combined programme allows trainees to:
improve their English skills,
follow the CCA training with confidence,
reach the English level required by airlines during recruitment.

followed by 3 weeks of CCA Training courses
final CCA examination
