Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can optionally provide a telephone number and a course or location. When you enquire about a particular session, its reference is included with your message.
These details allow the team to understand your request and reply. The required fields are needed to process an online enquiry; you may instead contact us directly by telephone or email. Please do not include identity documents, medical information or payment-card details in the general enquiry form.
How and why information is used
Course and booking enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other correspondence is handled for our legitimate interest in answering questions and operating the training service. Technical safeguards protect the website against spam, misuse and security incidents.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. The course-orientation guide does not make admission decisions: eligibility is reviewed by the training team.
Technical information and cookies
The server processes information such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form uses a short-lived security identifier to limit repeated submissions. See the cookie information for the cookies used by this version of the site.
The current public-page design does not load advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or remotely embedded maps. Photos are served from this website. Following a link to another service subjects that visit to the other service’s arrangements.
Access to your enquiry
Enquiries are handled by authorised EAC personnel. Website hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate those services. If your request concerns a partner base, the team may need to involve that partner to answer it; you can ask which organisation will handle your enquiry.
Enrolment and online training use separate platforms, including Enroll and CBTEAC, with additional processing for applications, records and training. This notice does not replace the information supplied when you use those services.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer the request and deal with related follow-up. Relevant information may need to be retained if the enquiry leads to a booking, a dispute or a legal record-keeping obligation. The purpose, ongoing need and applicable obligation determine retention; you may contact us to request information or deletion.
The form’s repeated-submission safeguard expires after ten minutes of inactivity. Administrative account records are kept while required to provide and secure that access. Server security logs and backups are managed separately from enquiry correspondence.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to contact_mt@europeaircrew.com. We may need information to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner, or another competent supervisory authority.

Google Maps reviews
If you choose to load Google reviews, the website requests public review information from Google Maps. Reviewer names, profile links and dates are displayed with the reviews. Opening a Google link or loading a reviewer image connects your browser to Google. Read Google’s privacy policy.
