Initial training, practical skills and the CCA examination
This pathway is for candidates starting their cabin crew training. EAC’s published initial programme comprises 95 hours: 64 theoretical and 31 practical, organised over approximately three to four weeks depending on the session.
Training covers aviation knowledge, communication, Crew Resource Management, passenger handling, first aid, dangerous goods, security, fire and smoke, and survival.
What is included?
- The initial cabin crew training course.
- Access to EAC’s e-learning platform for the selected programme.
- The final examination.
Successful completion of the required training and examination leads to issue of the Cabin Crew Attestation. It does not replace subsequent airline training.
Before you apply
EAC’s published entry requirements include age 18 or over, secondary education or equivalent, English at B1 or above, swimming ability and the required medical fitness. The team reviews each application.

Your selected session and written quotation confirm the training dates, location, language, fee and inclusions. Ask for the applicable training agreement and cancellation conditions before making a payment.
Accommodation is not included in any course fee, including English and combined English + CCA courses. Travel, meals and living expenses are also separate. Request an itemised quotation before booking.
